Hi everyone, my name is Kirsten Limon and I am so excited for you all to be here!   I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist, wife of 16 years and mom to 4 beautiful children.   I've been wanting to get this blog going for years and I am so excited to bring it to you and continue helping/being there for people in a different way.    As a therapist I have helped so many people and have watched people grow and love themselves and feel confident about themselves with whatever they have going on in their lives.  NOW I am here to bring more of that to you.   Being able to love yourself and cope with things you have going on in your life can be extremely difficult.....I understand as I have anxiety and epilepsy myself.   Your mindset within your life can make a huge difference so we are here to grow that and many other things together.   Again, WELCOME!!!
